Jerry Shea has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years, and has been working with Citrix products since 1996 filling such roles as Citrix Administrator, Engineer, Architect and consultant. Joining Citrix at the beginning of 2007 Jerry is currently a Lead Systems Engineer delivering the vision of Application Delivery and turning data centers into delivery centers. Prior to working for Citrix Jerry worked for HP where he was responsible for developing collateral on integrating Citrix and HP products and also involved in data center automation and consolidation based around those combined tools.
Additionally in 2000 Jerry co-founded the New England Citrix User Group, and is still running that group as president.
Bill Zack is an Architect Evangelist with Microsoft. He comes to this role after serving as a Solutions Architect in the Financial Services Unit of Microsoft Consulting Services. His experience includes developing, supporting and evangelizing .NET/SOA based frameworks used to jump-start development projects for financial services companies.
Prior to joining Microsoft he acted as a Consultant, Architect, Administrator, Developer, and System Integrator. He has also authored several computer books and white papers.
He is the Founder and President of the New York chapter of the International Association of Software Architects (IASA) and a member of the IASA International Board of Directors He is also Co-Moderator of the New York City .NET Developers Group, co-founder of the Windows Azure User Group, founder and past president of the New York Enterprise Windows User Group, and the founder and past president of several other computer user groups.
He has been working with the Azure Services Platform since before the first public Community Technical Preview in 2008.

Tim Mangan is the Founder of TMurgent Technologies and is a widely known expert in Application Virtualization.
Prior to launching TMurgent, Tim was with many software and/or hardware companies including Softricity, Sync Research, Tylink, Avanti Communications, Memotec, Teleglobe, Infinet, and ComputerVision. Somewhere in between he also did consulting work for the WAN side of a major US bank. At one point he was also the President of the Frame Relay Forum, an international consurtium of Communication Carriers, Vendors, and Users.
Tim speaks at many conferences and has been awarded by Microsoft as a "Most Valuable Professional for Terminal Services" in 2007 and for "Application Virtualization" in 2008 and 2009.

Bob Boule is a Sr. Solutions Engineer for StarWind Software, one of the leaders in the Software iSCSI SAN space. Mr. Boule has been working with technology for the past 15 years holding various positions, primarily with early stage technology companies. Prior to joining StarWind, Mr. Boule was the Director of Pre and Post Sales Support for Serden Technologies (A Windows performance monitoring tool), and a Sr. Product Manager with Quest Software where his primary responsibility was Quest’s LiteSpeed product (a SQL Server backup file compression tool). Mr. Boule has also acted as a technology consultant with Sublime Solutions, helping customers size and implement various virtualization projects.

|Dan is the founder of Bay State Integrated Technology, Inc., a New England technology consulting firm. He is also the IT Pro Evangelist for the North East US for Microsoft. He is a highly motivated and dedicated servant of the community. He has over 20 years (1984) experience in the technology industry, and maintains a very long list of technology certifications. He spends most of his time teaching the IT Pro industry about technology. He spends much time on the road doing seminars but his focus is on the North East US.

Mike is a frequent user group presenter, blogger, and contributor to the discussions surrounding desktop virtualization. As a Minnesota native, Mike enjoys hockey as player, coach and spectator.

David has a proven track record of growing revenue, increasing market share and driving companies to become leaders in their industry. He has successfully executed several sales and marketing programs and initiatives resulting in millions of dollars of incremental revenue and has traveled internationally training thousands of sales people and partners on sales and marketing tactics and strategies. Jose is the Network Architect at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford where he has led and championed the virtualization strategy. He is also involved in the design and implementation of St. Francis’ alternative data center (ADC) for business continuity and disaster recovery. Previously, he worked at Moore Medical, a McKesson subsidiary, as the Manager for Server and Network infrastructure.
He has over 20 years experience in the field starting with Novell Netware products (2.x through 5.x) and then becoming an expert with Microsoft server products starting with Windows NT 3.51. Currently, his main interests are related to virtualization of servers, desktops, storage, applications and backups as well as the technologies enabling and being enabled by virtualization.

Peet Rapp is a senior certified IT auditor, in the process of obtaining a certification for Information Systems Management. He has co-authored the recent ISACA paper on Cloud Computing Security, has presented to 2 of 5 New England area ISACA chapters this topic. Peet is now part of an ISACA International task force to write a book and develop a webinar of ISACA’s position on current Cloud Computing Security and Audit issues.

Todd Smith is a Senior Systems Engineer for the Healthcare vertical at Citrix Systems. In this capacity, Todd provides customers and partners with application and desktop delivery solutions for healthcare challenges. His particular areas of expertise include the delivery of mission critical applications, desktop and server virtualization, mobile computing, disaster recovery, IT compliance, and green IT.
Prior to Citrix, Todd has worked in the technology industry for 19 years in multiple industry verticals including; IT Auditing and Consulting for HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, ITIL, and ISO certification and compliance, IT Consulting, Program Management, Outsourcing, and IT Operations Management, Application Development and Management for Financial Services, and IT Services for Transportation Systems. Todd earned a BS in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA and resides in Saugus, MA with his family.
