The schedule summary is shown below. Session details for each of the sessions appear on the EventDetails page. Overall, the event will feature Keynote, Lunch, and Closing sessions for the entire audience, plus additional breakout sections in the morning and afternoon. And, of course, the best educational experience in the virtualization space you can find anywhere.
Pre-Opening Networking Session. 7:30 to 8:30AM Coffee and a "Jump Start" (continental) breakfast will be available once the doors open at 7:30. This time, before the Opening Session, will be your best opportunity to network with fellow attendees and to visit the event sponsors to find out what the latest in their offerings. Some will be offering prizes or gifts.
Sponsor Expo. All Day. Join us in the "Expo Hall" for a chance to talk with the sponsors one-on-one.
Opening Session and Keynote. 8:30 - 9:45AM. Join us in the "big room" for the opening session and keynote. You don't want to miss this year's opening keynote!!!!!
Breakout Sessions. 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, 2PM, 3PM. There are four simultaneous tracks for the breakouts. Final schedule adjustments are in progress but it looks like you can hit three breakouts in the morning, plus thwo more in the afternoon.
Lunch, etc. 1PM. We will again be having a "working lunch". Quickly pick up your box lunch and join us in the big room. During lunch, we give the sponsors a very short opportunity to tell you about what they do. It's fast and furious elevator pitches, so it won't be boring and you can visit the sponsor tables for more detail if you like what you hear.
Closing Session. 4:00-5:00PM. Turn in those evaluations! Last chance to get your business cards into the sponsors. Then we offer door prizes to lucky selections (your completed eval form).
Video Recording. There will be "must see" sessions that you cannot attend because you are in another one. All sessions will be recorded (pending permission by the speaker) and made available, via the web, to attendees after the event.
